Morgan Sindall Construction - Code of Conduct

Welcome to the Morgan Sindall Construction Supply Chain Academy.

The Morgan Sindall Group of companies is a responsible business and the way we carry out our operations - in an open, honest and transparent manner - is the key to both our resilience and success as a Group. It is also at the very heart of our culture and our values.

The Group Code of Conduct (link below) provides a framework for how we should act when we engage with clients, colleagues and suppliers. It explains how to put our values into practice by, for example, competing ethically, respecting everyone, avoiding conflicts of interest and maintaining financial integrity. I want you to be aware of it so that you can also adhere to the standards set out in it and ensure you do not put us in breach of it. We expect you to maintain at least these standards within your own business.

We would ask that everyone finds the time to read and consider this important document. Should you have any questions or require any clarification about anything within the document, don’t hesitate to contact your Regional Supply Chain Manager.
